These forms are
PDF File, which is a common type of file downloaded
on the internet. To read a PDF file you would need
to download
Adobe's Free Acrobat Reader.
However, you may already have this on your computer
as it is a commonly used program. If, when you
follow the download link, you are asked to save the
file, you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer,
and must download it. If you DO have Adobe
Reader on your computer already, the document should
simply open when you follow the download link.
